Los Angeles-based AEG recently announced that it would be relocating the regional office of its live entertainment division (AEG Presents) to the creative office building at Nashville Yards starting in 2025.

AEG is developing the Nashville Yards mixed-use district as part of a joint venture with San Diego-based Southwest Value Partners. Spanning 19 acres, the project is planned to include:

• more than 3 million square feet of top-tier downtown Nashville office and creative office space
• group and convention meeting space totaling more than 80,000 square feet
• a 4,500-person capacity live music and event venue
• more than 2,000 residential units
• best-in-class restaurant and retail offerings
• more than seven acres of activated open space
• two luxury hotels

The new AEG Presents offices will be located in the Class A+ creative office building and will accommodate the company’s regional office, members of its Global Touring division, and the Nashville outpost of AEG Presents partner Messina Touring Group. AEG’s live entertainment division will also be booking and operating the Nashville Yards music venue at the development that’s scheduled to open in Q1 2025.

Reportedly the first of its kind in Nashville, the creative office building features an articulated metal façade with ultra-clear glazing; layered floor plates that allow for private outdoor terraces on every floor; floor plates of 40,000 square feet and larger; and above-standard ceiling heights. Located on Church Street adjacent to the new music venue, the property includes three levels of curated retail, dining, and entertainment, in addition to private amenities, such as meeting hubs, entertainment spaces, and a large outdoor vegetated deck overlooking the Nashville Yards district.

Creative Artists Agency was recently announced as the anchor tenant for the creative office building. The renowned talent management agency will have exterior crown signage and occupy nearly 75,000 square feet across two floors with amenities including indoor-outdoor workspaces, private terraces, and listening lounges.
