CoWorks — an international coworking franchise network comprised of coworking brands Office Evolution and Venture X — has announced that it is rebranding as Vast Coworking Group. The rebranding is intended to support the network’s growing range of shared space solutions and expertise within flexible workspace franchising. The network will continue to operate as a division of United Franchise Group (UFG).

The rebrand comes on the heels of a successful year for the network: Office Evolution and Venture X added nine new locations in the first half of 2023 with 28 additional signed franchise agreements setting the stage for further expansion. The brands currently occupy more than 1.9 million square feet of flexible workspace and boast more than 32,000 total members in 133 locations across 28 U.S. states, as well as Venture X locations in South America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

“The age of ‘Coworking 2.0’ is here, where flexibility is not only the expectation, but has become the standard in how we work,” said Jason Anderson, president of Vast Coworking Group. “As more companies and individuals continue to shift toward flex, we want Vast to be at the forefront of providing the best and most seamless solutions in the franchise space.”

The announcement was made at the network’s 2023 Summit in Delray Beach, Fla., an event that also included workshops, panels, and networking opportunities for Office Evolution and Venture X franchise owners, brand executives and more. As a part of the event, Vast Coworking also recognized exceptional franchise owners for their contributions to the coworking industry.
