Success Space Launches New Coworking Space Regional Development Program
Succes Space — a brand bringing together coworking space, cafés and coaching envisioned by Success Franchising — recently announced the launch of a new regional development program. The program will allow potential franchise partners to secure exclusive territory rights to develop multiple coworking locations under the brand’s name.
Alongside the program’s launch, Success Space signed an agreement with franchisees Brian and Tisha White. After only recently opening their first location in Flower Mound, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the couple will now oversee the expansion of the Success Space brand across the Lone Star State.
“As long-time advocates of the Success Space brand, Tisha and I are incredibly proud to take such a significant step in our partnership,” Brian White said. “This agreement not only allows us to expand our business portfolio across Texas, but also to be part of a brand that will make a major impact on local communities. As lifelong entrepreneurs, our goal has been to provide the correct tools and resources to aspiring professionals. Now, we’re able to bring that vision to life in even more communities than before alongside Success Space.”
“Texas continues to be a hub for young professionals who need a space to further their careers and work in a dedicated environment,” said Ted Laatz, president of Success Space Franchising. “There is considerable room for growth across the state, and we’ll work hand in hand with Brian and Tisha to empower individuals and communities in their professional journeys.”
After the Whites’ initial coworking space in Dallas and subsequent expansion, other franchisees can now follow suit and gain exclusive rights to develop franchise locations for the brand in specific locations.
Success Space aims to fulfill the needs of the modern workforce through upscale suburban locations. Beyond professional coworking space, the concept also includes full-service cafés and coaching available in every location. This package is meant to provide local freelancers and solopreneurs with the tools they need to work, make meaningful connections and succeed. The brand has been expanding nationally through both single- and multiple-location franchise operators boasting locations in California, New York, Texas, Indiana, Alabama and Louisiana. The coworking brand is a subsidiary of Success Enterprises, a multi-platform media company focusing on personal and professional development that started with the founding of Success Magazine in 1897.
