Other future planning that impacts the property includes the Highway 11 Freeway Upgrade. 

The west parcel is currently zoned Agricultural and the east parcel is zoned C5 Commercial Recreation. Future land use concept in the Burnt Lake ASP includes Commercial Recreation (golf course) but this will likely change.
