The Bluffs, originally developed by Lincoln in 2009, is now under a new joint venture ownership with Lincoln and SVP. Major renovations to the outdoor courtyard, lobbies, and common spaces will further enhance the campus experience and connectivity, which are planned to deliver in early 2026.
