Single Room Occupancy) housing. The building includes 56 rooms (no bathroom
or kitchen), first floor office, common kitchen, and 2-3 common bathrooms per
floor. While the property requires substantial repairs to be made habitable, a
few repairs have been made over the years including new electrical breakers and
wiring and some new windows. Repairs needed include foundation repair, wood
repair, and general maintenance.
Due to earthquake safety related to foundation repairs, the property is being vacated
of all residents. It is anticipated the property will be delivered at closing vacant
