THE OPPORTUNITY: TOWN CENTER

The Town Center will serve as the commercial hub and community center of the project, connecting the residential areas with the commercial and sports venues. As the heart of the project, the Town Center will draw and serve local, regional, and national visitors alike. The Town Center entitlements are summarized below:
