Architectural firm of 7 people looking to rent out our upstairs space. This space includes approximately 1,500 SF with an open floor plan. One office with a door and window and 5 cubicles available. Cubicles are wired for computers, phone lines, and commercial printer and WIFI are already setup. Two areas that could be set up for a conference table and lots of windows throughout the building that offer plenty of natural light. There are two bathrooms and a kitchen that would be shared on the 1st floor. Stairs to two entrances. Security system in place that is armed at the end of each business day. We have janitorial services that operate twice a week. Approximately two parking spaces available in addition to street parking. Fairly quiet street that contains residences, a small bar and an ice-cream shop. Our office is usually quiet unless there are occasional meetings, collaboration or phone calls. The entire building has the open floor plan concept for the most part so we are looking to share our space with someone that operates similar and is accustomed to this atmosphere.
