The Village of Winfield is located 35 miles east of downtown Chicago, in DuPage County. Winfield is home to Central DuPage Hospital, one of the largest hospitals in the Chicagoland area, as well as the 500-acre Cantigney Park. Winfield Town Center is located in downtown Winfield, on the SW corner of the lighted intersection for Winfield and High Lake Roads, and immediately across the street from the Central DuPage Hospital Campus. The Metra Train Station is one block south of the property. The ground floor retail is fully leased with four tenants and the second floor is a vacant office space. The property is newer, built in 2006 and located in Winfield, IL in DuPage County with low real estate taxes. The property is fully improved, in excellent condition and very well located directly on Winfield Road at the signalized corner of Winfield Road and High Lake Road.
