The assets have experienced substantial rental rate growth in the last five years with over 67% of the portfolio renewing at an average increase of over 37% from their initial rents. The Portfolio now maintains a 2.63 year weighted average lease term remaining. 

Located along the I-70 and I-465 corridors, these assets provide immediate access to the regional population as well as national connectivity through I-70. The Southwest sub-market provides immediate access to a dense labor pool located in the near west-side Indianapolis, Avon, and Plainfield suburbs.
