All townhouse apartments have small private basement areas for additional storage. Heat and hot water is tenant paid in the twenty (20) town house units and landlord paid in the four (4) studio units. The property is all electric. There is ample off-street parking for all tenants and guests as well a newly upgraded laundry rooms. The property has received a significant amount of capital upgrades under current ownership. Through the Mass Save Energy Audit program, the property has received substantial blown in insulation above the second floor ceilings, all lighting throughout has been changed over to LED lights, humidity sensing bath fans and low flow shower heads. Over 75% of the toilets in the town house units have been replaced with newer, and smaller gallon per flush (GPF) toilets.
