ECU Healths Medical Campus is the only Level 1 trauma center east of I-95, has 1,712 licensed beds. It serves 1,400,000 people and employees 6,800 individuals in Greenville.The property for sale will be the approximate northern 10 acres of the parcel. The current parcel will be subdivided just south of the access road to the Pitt County Soccer Complex, allowing a road cut to the southern end of the property off of HWY 43. The entire 10 acres is zoned General Commercial by Pitt County, with the City of Greenville Future Land Use map showing the majority of the acreage as commercial. Once the sewer is tapped into, this will become a City of Greenville property. Current asking price is $175,000 per acre. This site will have all utilities. Water and electric are to the site. This site will have sewer use in the every near future. Hopefully by early 2025, the ongoing sewer projects in the immediate area will free up space to the current station serving DH Conley High School and this property is planned to tie into that. This is great news for this site! Please keep these things in mind when you are making your plans. The western property line is a blue line stream and a 50 foot buffer will be required. The interior ditch that run east to west towards HWY 43 is just a field ditch. Also, there are plans to widen Highway 43 in the future. All indications are this could begin in the next 8 - 10 years. Some preliminary sketches have been drawn but nothing is set in stone.
