99 Hudson is a 17-story NYC Landmark office building located at the corner of Hudson and Franklin streets in Tribeca. The building was originally constructed in 1920 for industrial use. In 1983 Olshan Properties acquired and converted the building into office and retail condominiums. Olshan Properties subsequently renovated the building’s lobby, façade, elevators, mechanical and electric systems, and sidewalks, while converting several floors of the building to expansive open plan loft office suites.
