Dow Jones Equity All REIT Index Price/LTM FFO (x)

As of June 6, 2024, the Dow Jones Equity All REIT index posted the highest multiple based from the last twelve months funds from operations among the three focused indexes. The Dow Jones Equity All REIT index posted a 16.01x, followed by the Dow Jones U.S real estate industrial index with price to LTM FFO multiple of 15.20x and the Dow Jones U.S. real estate office index with 12.08x. 

Among all industrial REITs, Terreno Realty Corporation had the highest price to LTM FFO multiple of 24.9x.
