71 KSF Self-Storage Facility Opens in NC
The newly built facility located in Clayton is approximately 15 miles from downtown Raleigh. Absolute Storage Management is the manager of the storage asset.

Gatehouse Self-Storage
Clayton Self Storage Group has opened a newly developed 70,501-square-foot self-storage facility in Clayton, N.C. The asset branded as Gatehouse Self Storage will be managed by Absolute Storage Management.
Located at 12984 US 70 Highway W., the property is near the intersection of Interstate 40 and Freeway 70, approximately 15 miles from downtown Raleigh. Gatehouse Self Storage is positioned west of White Pine Drive close to Waffle House and Starbucks, across from Town Center Boulevard and roughly two minutes from the Clayton Town Center.
The new three-story development occupies more than 3 acres and comprises 631 storage units, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet, according to Yardi Matrix. The facility features climate-controlled storage units, a gate, security cameras and parking spaces. Additionally, Gatehouse Self Storage offers on-site management, truck rental options and 24-hour access.
Absolute Storage Management is active in several southern markets, including Mississippi, where it manages at least nine properties, including the 329-unit Hernando Self-Storage in Hernando.
