Lee & Associates Names Fulkerson, Linklater Principals

Lee & Associates’ Los Angeles North/Ventura office has named Grant Fulkerson and Scott Linklater as principals. Both industrial brokers, the two specialize in the sale and leasing of properties and development land, Fulkerson throughout the Eastern Ventura County and Conejo Valley markets and Linklater throughout the West San Fernando Valley and Ventura County markets. They are based in Calabasas.

Respectively, Fulkerson and Linklater are the 33rd and 34th principals of the firm. They will share ownership and participate in the company’s management.

In 2010, Fulkerson was responsible for more than 1.5 million square feet of property sales and leases valued at $46.5 million. Lee L.A. North president Mike Tingus said his humor, expertise and desire to assist his clients make him a valued team member.

Since joining the firm in 2003, Linklater has been involved with leasing and sales of more than 300 properties valued in excess of $50 million and totaling more than 2 million square feet. According to Tingus, Linklater’s tenacity is a notable professional characteristic.

Lee & Associates has 43 offices nationwide. Its L.A. North/Ventura office provides industrial, office, retail and multi-family/investment brokerage services across the San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, Antelope Valley and throughout Ventura County.
