Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has tapped Dawn Arrabito as a director in its East Rutherford, N.J. office. Arrabito brings 15 years of industry-related experience to the table.
At Cushman, her focus includes landlord and tenant representation throughout the northern New Jersey office market, with experience including portfolio consulting work for Hoffman LaRoche, covering the firm’s occupancy of more than 1 million square feet in Nutley, N.J. Other major clients she has represented include Ingersoll-Rand, Verizon and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
According to Arrabito, Cushman offers a balance of local talent and international reach, with a global focus dictating a need for a strong network of colleagues and resources in markets worldwide.
She previously served as a member of the office services team at Grubb & Ellis, with a background that also includes ownership and presidency of DRA Incorporated Construction. Arrabito holds a graduate degree in gemology from The Gemological Institute of America.
