The hard corner of Taylor and West 5th streets in Fort Worth, Texas is about to undergo significant changes, according to a recently announced plan for the development of a new mixed-use building at the location.
Anthracite Realty Partners, an affiliate of Jetta Operating Co., has enlisted the help of Stream Realty Partners to oversee the project’s leasing activities and pre-development consulting services.
Dubbed 640 Taylor, the new 25-story tower will feature 274,000 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of retail space, 920 above and below grade parking spaces, and more than 32,000 square feet of amenities on the 12th and 13th floors.
“640 Taylor is a Class AA office project designed specifically to meet the needs of discriminating office users in terms of quality, efficiency and amenities,” Seth Koschak, Stream Realty managing director, said in a prepared statement. “The project will break ground in the fourth quarter and, when completed in 2017, we believe it will set a new standard for office environments in our market.”
Upon completion, 640 Taylor will also serve as Jetta Operating Co.’s new headquarters, which will be leasing about 70,000 square feet of space. Seth Koschak, Ramsey March and Tyler Maner of Stream Realty will be handling the project’s leasing activities, while Jerry Mays will provide consulting services.
