Stan Sanchez Joins Colliers International in Phoenix

PHOENIX—Colliers International recently welcomed a new senior vice president of its retail and investment services operations in the Valley of the Sun.

Stan Sanchez is the latest talent to join the Greater Phoenix Colliers team. He has experience in brokerage, landlord and tenant representation, project leasing, development consulting, investment services/sales, commercial land acquisitions and Hispanic retail markets.

“As a former business owner and Arizona native, Stan brings a deep understanding of the real estate industry and a strong business perspective that enables him to better understand today’s diverse market,” Bob Mulhern, managing director of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix said in a statement.

Before joining Colliers, Sanchez served as advisor to the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in matters concerning emerging market initiatives, while also offering consultancy services on international deals.

Throughout his career, Sanchez has worked on local, regional and national retail projects totaling more than one million square feet. Additionally, he has completed more than 2.5 million square feet of retail lease transactions, working with clients such as Hines, Aetna Realty, Kimco Realty, and Pacific Coast Capital Partners.
