San Antonio Welcomes Hilton Garden Inn

San Antonio—Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio-Live Oak Conference Center recently opened in San Antonio. The property, owned by CHM Live Oak Ltd. and managed by Phoenix Hospitality Group LLC, adds 138 new rooms to the Hilton Garden Inn brand.

“We are excited to welcome guests to Live Oak, a family-friendly and charming city,” said Chris George, general manager. “All guests, whether traveling for business or leisure, can relax in our sparkling outdoor pool or enjoy room service any night of the week. Our location is also ideal for weddings and large events for up to 700 guests.”

The hotel is in close proximity to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch, Six Flags Fiesta, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Riverwalk and the San Antonio Zoo. The Forum Shopping Center is also nearby with its premier restaurants, shopping and store-front parking, as is the renowned Tanger Outlet in San Marcus with its designer outlet stores. Major employers in the area include Rackspace, Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, Fort Sam Houston and Randolph Air Force Base.

Guests of the 138 rooms will benefit from the brand’s signature furnishings, a spacious and clutter-free work desk with an ergonomic desk chair, and an in-room hospitality center with a mini fridge, microwave oven and a Keurig coffee maker. The hotel also features a large ballroom, break-out rooms and an executive boardroom with 12,000 square feet of meeting and event space, as well as a 24-hour business center with Print SpotsTM remote printing, fitness center and an outdoor pool.
