AtlantaCushman & Wakefield recently announced that Brendan Gower has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as the company’s new director of property services in Greenville. Gower has over 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, including four years of sales experience and six years of management experience.

Gower’s track record includes management of industrial, flex, office, medical, and retail properties in Upstate South Carolina, as well as a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Gower served as broker and property manager at NAI Earle Furman.

Gower holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a South Carolina real estate sales license. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and the national and local chapters of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Gower also received his Certified Property Manager designation in 2013.

“We are excited to expand our service offerings in Greenville with the addition of a Director of Property Services. This will enable us to meet our client’s needs for property management, as well as project management, with local market talent and the resources of a platform with over 20 million square feet managed,” Curtis Mummau, senior vice president of Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services Group, said in a statement.

Thalhimer, founded in 1913, is an independently owned and operated company and a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. The firm offers commercial real estate services including corporate services, investment sales and tenant representation. In 2015, Thalhimer completed over 2,100 transactions worth more than $2 billion.
