Stephen Cooper Joins Colliers International in Philadelphia
Colliers International has appointed Cushman & Wakefiled veteran Stephen Cooper as senior managing director of the company’s Northeast Logistics & Transportation Solutions Group.
Philadelphia–Colliers International has added Stephen Cooper as senior managing director of the company’s N.E. Logistics & Transportation Solutions Group (L&TSG).
Cooper brings more than 38 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. He spent more than 28 years with Cushman & Wakefield, where he was the senior director responsible for corporate accounts, consulting, and advisory services, land and building acquisitions and dispositions. Cooper was also the leading industrial producer in the Pennsylvania office since 1988, and was the Top Industrial Producer most recently in 2013, but also in every year from 2004-2011. He was on C&W’s Executive Committees for the Industrial group and the Global Supply Chain Services specialty practice group. He and his team completed transactions totaling more than 43 million square feet and $1.6 billion in transaction value.
In his new role, Cooper will work closely with Michael Zerbe and Mark Chubb to continue to grow the team’s presence with both occupiers and owners in the Lehigh Valley and Central and Northeast Pennsylvania.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Cooper holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, along with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He is a member of the Tri-State Commercial and Industrial Association of Realtors, Lehigh Valley Economic Development Association, Scranton Plan, Harrisburg Regional Chamber, Hazelton EDC, and sits on the Radnor Township Planning Commission.
