HFF Arranges the Sale of Hampton Inn Close to Boston’s Logan Airport
Located at 230 Lee Burbank Highway, the property is a 10-minute ride from Logan Airport and 15 minutes away from Harvard Square and the city’s Financial District.

Revere, Mass.—HFF recently announced that it has closed the sale of the Hampton Inn Boston-Logan Airport in Revere, Mass., a 7-story, 227-key hotel located five miles away from Downtown Boston.
The investment sales team representing the seller, Linchris Hotel Corp., was led by HFF Managing Director Denny Meikleham and Director Alan Suzuki. Information regarding the buyer or financial details have not been disclosed.
Located at 230 Lee Burbank Highway, the property is a 10-minute ride from Logan Airport and 15 minutes away from Harvard Square and the city’s Financial District. Built in 2001, the Hampton Inn Boston-Logan Airport offers a business center, meeting rooms, 24-hour pavilion pantry market, gift shop, complimentary airport shuttle service, indoor swimming pool, a bar & restaurant, fitness room, and complimentary breakfast.
Hanover, Mass.-headquartered hospitality management company Linchris Hotel Corporation operates its own hotels and offers management services to third party investors. With a portfolio spread across several states from Texas to New Hampshire, the company caters to a diverse roster of brands, including Hilton, Best Western, Four Points, Holiday Inn, DoubleTree, Hyatt Place, Hampton, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The company manages and/or owns 10 other Massachusetts hotels, including the Wyndham Boston Andover, the Holiday Inn Boston-Brookline, and the recently revamped and rebranded DoubleTree by Hilton Boston-Rockland.
