Boston—Hilton Worldwide recently announced the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Boston-Andover, a 5-story, 293-key upscale hotel owned and managed by Linchris Hotel Corp. This is Linchris’ third big move in the Greater Boston Area in the last five weeks, after the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Boston-Rockland and the sale of Hampton Inn Boston-Logan Airport.
Located at 123 Old River Rd. in Andover, Mass., right off I-93/Northern Expressway, the upscale property formerly serving as a Wyndham saw multi-million renovations prior to rebranding. The hotel is situated 30 miles from both Boston Logan and Manchester-Boston Airports.
“Visitors to this bustling area north of Boston and south of New Hampshire are drawn to its vast array of businesses and leisure pursuits, and our upscale, full-service hotel can meet their every need,” said Dianna Vaughan, global head & SVP of DoubleTree by Hilton and Curio – A Collection by Hilton, in a prepared statement.
The Andover DoubleTree features a full-service restaurant on the lobby level, lobby bar, 24-hour fitness center, bar & grill, heated indoor pool, in-room dining, complimentary Wi-Fi, ballroom that can accommodate up to 800 guests, and a total of 7,128 square feet of meeting and event space.
