CBRE|Raleigh Wins Leasing Assignment for Morrisville Industrial Park
CBRE|Raleigh will handle the leasing responsibilities for Research Triangle Industrial Center in Morrisville, N.C.

Raleigh, N.C.–The Peter Lawrence Cos. has retained CBRE|Raleigh as the exclusive leasing agent for Research Triangle Industrial Center in Morrisville, N.C.
Research Triangle Industrial Center
Located at 409 Airport Blvd., Research Triangle Industrial Center is an industrial park that consists of three industrial facilities offering a total of 153,629 square feet. The property, which features precast concrete and steel construction with trailer parking, is situated close to RDU International Airport, providing easy access to I-40, I-540 and Research Triangle Park. Major tenants include Whole Foods, Carolina Office and Burt’s Bees.
Senior Vice President Butch Miller, Vice President Ann-Stewart Patterson and Vice President Daniel Jackson of CBRE|Raleigh’s Industrial Services team will be leading the leasing efforts for the center.
CBRE|Raleigh is a joint venture between local principals and CBRE Group. The firm, which serves the Triangle region, completed $1.3 billion of sales and leasing transactions in 2015.
In April, InvenTrust Properties selected the group as exclusive leasing agent for the retail and office portions of Renaissance Center in Durham.
