Hilton Worldwide Opens Adjacent Properties in Suburban Minneapolis
Two new Hilton hotels–a Hampton Inn and a Home2 Suites–bring a combined 202 guestrooms and suites to the Minneapolis suburb of Roseville.

Roseville, Minn.–Hilton Worldwide has announced the opening of Hampton Inn by Hilton Minneapolis-Roseville and Home2 Suites by Hilton Roseville Minneapolis. Located next to each other, the two hotels offer a total of 202 guestrooms and suites, supporting Roseville’s tourism market and increased meetings and conventions industry.
Managed by TPI Hospitality, the properties are situated near downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, and offer visitors easy access to sports arenas, Target Field and Target Center, the Mall of America and Gold Medal Park.
Hampton Inn by Hilton Minneapolis-Roseville is located at 2050 Iona Lane West. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour business center with complimentary printing, a 625-square-foot meeting space for 40 people and a fitness center. Each guestroom includes HDTV, microwave, mini-refrigerator and coffeemaker. The hotel also offers the On the House hot breakfast which includes eggs, oatmeal and waffles, as well as the On the Run Breakfast Bags, available Monday through Friday.
“The staff and I are pleased to bring Hamptonality to the Roseville area,” Aaron Ettestad, the hotel’s general manager, said in prepared remarks. “Our value-added amenities and convenient location will make us a great choice for visitors.”
Located next door at 2020 Iona Lane West, Home2 Suites by Hilton Roseville Minneapolis offers all-suite accommodations with fully-equipped kitchens and modular furniture allowing guests to personalize their room. The extended-stay hotel also features easy access to technology with complimentary Internet, community spaces and trademark Home2 Suites amenities such Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area and Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items. Other amenities include an indoor saline pool, outdoor grill and patio area.
“Additionally, Home2 Suites brings another lodging option to the area built with sustainable materials for the eco-conscious traveler,” added Trevor Armstrong, general manager, Home2 Suites by Hilton Roseville Minneapolis.
The opening of the two properties continues Hilton Worldwide’s growth in urban markets in some of the largest cities across the United States. Recent expansions in the Twin Cities area include the 200-key Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Airport Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn.
