Apple Hospitality Snags Home2 Suites Atlanta Hotel
Built in the early 90’s as an office building, the all-suite hotel retains its historic look and architecture and features 128 suites.

Atlanta—The recently opened, 128-key Home2 Suites by Hilton Downtown Atlanta hotel has been acquired by Apple Hospitality for $24.6 million, or approximately $192,000 per key.

Built in the early 90’s as an office building, the all-suite hotel retains its historic look and architecture, including terrazzo floors and marble stairs. Rooms feature movable furniture, full kitchens, ergonomic workspaces, living areas and tall windows. Amenities at the new hotel include the free Inspired Table™ breakfast, a unique Spin2Cycle fitness center, Home2Mkt convenience shop, 24-hour business center, and meeting space for up to 30 guests.
Located at 87 Walton St., Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta Downtown offers easy access to restaurants, retail and tourist attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park, the CNN Center, the World of Coca-Cola, the College Football Hall of Fame, the Georgia Aquarium, Philips Arena, the Georgia Dome, Georgia State University, Georgia Institute of Technology, federal and state government offices, various corporate headquarters and the soon-to-be completed Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
