Spectrum Retirement Communities Opens New Care Center
Hilliard Assisted Living & Memory Care is now receiving senior residents in the Columbus area, Ohio.
Columbus, Ohio—Denver-based senior living provider Spectrum Retirement Communities has recently completed a new community, offering luxurious senior living at affordable prices.
Located at 4303 Trueman Blvd. in Hillard, half a mile north of I-270 and Cemetery Road, Hillard Assisted Living & Memory Center offers 75 assisted living and 25 memory care residences, as well as Spectrum’s distinctive Transitional Memory Care program for seniors with mild cognitive impairment.
Units at the 87,000-square-foot community range in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom residences designed to maximize security and independence while providing residents with high-quality healthcare and ideal conditions for peaceful living. High-end amenities include chef-prepared dining, Colors of Spectrum wellness programs and entertainment activities.
Hillard Assisted Living & Memory Care employs licensed professionals who offer residents occupational and speech therapies, monthly health screenings and physical rehabilitation, as well as a professionally trained nursing staff capable of identifying the level of assistance each individual requires. The facility will also offer employment to 65-70 full-time and part-time caregivers from the area.
Spectrum is currently building three additional communities in the Columbus area: Sycamore Creek Senior Living in Pickerington, Powell Senior Living in Powell and Three Creeks Senior Living in Gahanna. A forth community, Powell Assisted Living and Memory Care, is currently on the drawing board.
