Cushman & Wakefield Taps New Director in Atlanta

Atlanta—Cushman & Wakefield announced the appointment of John Wilkinson as senior managing director of Industrial Services in Atlanta. In a career spanning more than 20 years, he has worked on behalf of organizations such as Georgia Power, Norfolk Southern, Tennessee Valley Authority, First Industrial and EastGroup.

“John brings strong leadership, tremendous experience and a shared value system to our team. We are thrilled to have him join the firm,” said John O’Neill, managing principal in Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office. “He will partner with our already formidable industrial group as we continue to set the standard for industrial brokerage in Atlanta and the U.S.“

Prior to joining the New York City-based company, Wilkinson served as director of real estate at Shaw Industries, handling a 33 million-square-foot portfolio and completing multiple transactions throughout the U.S. He also brings to the table a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Covenant College in Tennessee.
