W&D Arranges Loan for Chicago Office Complex
Sitting in the city's East-West Corridor submarket, the two-building property serves as Aramark Corp.'s regional headquarters.
Chicago—Walker & Dunlop closed a $11.2 million acquisition loan for 2300-2500 Warrenville Road in Downers Grove, Ill., the Midwest regional headquarters of Aramark Corp. The lender, Prime Finance, provided a three-year bridge loan and holdbacks for future leasing and capital improvement work.
The property is strategically located along I-88 and I-355, on the border of the East-West Corridor submarket, one of Chicago’s most sought-after corporate office settings.
2300-2500 Warrenville Road is a two-building Class B office complex sitting on a 20-acre plot. The property offers a fitness center, multifunctional conference facility with training rooms, auditorium, an 8,000-square-foot cafeteria and catering facility, parking garage and 24/7 on-site security.
