CBRE To Handle Leasing for Huntington Center in Columbus
The 37-story, one million-square-foot office tower is owned and managed by Hines.
Columbus, Ohio—CBRE has been retained as exclusive agent for Huntington Center, a 37-story office tower owned and managed by Hines. The property is located at 41 S. High St. in Columbus.
CBRE’s Brad McMahon and Don Roberts are in charge of leasing the one million-square-foot office center, which includes 27,000 square feet of retail, a 1,000-spot parking facility and a 29,650-square-foot athletic club.
Hines has plans to renovate Huntington Center by improving amenities and adding common areas for tenants. Working with Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, the new spaces will include a tenant lounge, rooftop patio and secure bike storage. Additionally, upgrades of the lighting system are planned for the Gallery and common areas.
“The renovations will appeal to creative office tenants, as well as professional service firms with a large Millennial employee base who are looking for new Class A space and amenities in Columbus’ central business district,” Hines Senior Managing Director Greg Van Schaack said in prepared remarks.
