Pembrook Taps New Director
Lisa Davis will interact with the company’s investors, financial institutions, pension funds, endowments, family offices, and high net worth individual investors.
New York—Commercial real estate investment company Pembrook Capital Management has appointed Lisa Davis as director of investor relations and specialty investment originations. In her dual role, Davis will interact with the company’s investors, financial institutions, pension funds, endowments, family offices, and high net worth individual investors.
With more than 15 years of experience in the field, Davis will also promote affordable housing, job creation and renovation of underserved neighborhoods. Her professional track record includes work for philantropic, non-profit and for-profit organizations and improving housing and economic issues in low-income communities.
Before joining Pembrook, Davis served as program officer for the Ford Foundation, Metropolitan Opportunity Program in New York. Also, she is a member of the Affordable and Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute and sits on the board of directors for the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
Davis holds a master’s degree in real estate development and one in city planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
