HFF Closes North Kingston Hotel Sale
The firm marketed the 104-key Marriott property on behalf of the seller, Waterford Development and XSS Hotels, and procured the buyer.

North Kingstown, R.I.—HFF has recently announced the sale of the 104-suite TownPlace Suites Providence in North Kingstown, R.I. The firm represented the seller, Waterford Development Corp. and XSS Hotels. The Rhode Island all-suite hotel was sold unencumbered by management to an undisclosed buyer. Denny Meikleham and Alan Suzuki led the HFF investment sales team that marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
The LEED-certified TownePlace Suites by Marriott hotel is located at 55 Gate Road, in the thriving Quonset Development Park, which is home to nearly 200 companies. Being in a 20-mile radius of downtown Providence, the hotel is also in close proximity of T.F. Green Airport, Quonset State Airport and The Port of Davisville. Completed in 2011, the property offers a variety of amenities, such as fully-equipped kitchens, complimentary breakfast and internet access, indoor pool, fitness center, guest laundry and complimentary shuttle service.
