Kenneth Konrath Joins BBG Senior Management
Well versed in commercial and residential real estate valuation, Kenneth Konrath brings keen eye for appraisal to senior managing director role.
Chicago –In line with its ongoing expansion, BBG has announced that Kenneth Konrath, who holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, will join the independent appraisal firm as senior managing director. Konrath will be responsible for acquiring new business, ensuring quality and reviewing appraisals.
“BBG has a proven track record in delivering the highest level of experience and expertise to its clients and assembling some of the best talent in this sector,” said Konrath in a prepared release. “I am thrilled and honored to become part of a dynamic company that has a clear vision for continued strong growth.”
Prior to joining BBG, Konrath served as SVP and chief appraiser at Ohio’s FirstMerit Bank, where he managed the company’s environmental review and appraisal divisions. While at FirstMerit, Konrath also provided credit risk advisory services, instituted appraisal and environmental best practices, developed new products and oversaw real estate valuations. He led both the commercial and residential appraisal departments, which processed more than 24,000 appraisals annually.
A seasoned appraiser, Konrath previously served in executive-level appraisal positions in Chicago and Boston.
