Simon Debuts Clarksburg Premium Outlets
The first fashion outlet center in Montgomery County, Md., has opened its doors to shoppers.

Washington—Simon Property Group recently celebrated the grand opening of Clarksburg Premium Outlets in the greater Washington, D.C., area. Simon broke ground on the Montgomery County development one year ago, as previously reported by Commercial Property Executive, and the 392,000-square-foot project is the result of a collaboration between Simon, New England Development and Streetscape Partners.
Clarksburg Premium Outlets offers shoppers savings of 25 to 65 percent on an array of products from retailers such as AllSaints, Armani Outlet, Coach, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Nike Factory Store, Under Armour and many more. Amenities include courtyards, exterior escalators and elevators, fountains, fireplaces and a children’s play area.
Located at 22705 Clarksburg Road in Clarksburg, the shopping center is strategically situated at Exit 18 off the I-270, 30 miles from Washington, D.C., and is Montgomery County’s first fashion outlet center.
