New York—Real estate brokerage firm New York Residence Inc. has announced that the company is extending in the Bronx. This marks the firm’s fourth location in New York City.

The project was spearheaded in conjunction with a local contractor and a local architect and the company is planning to continue supporting the area by hiring locals and purchasing local goods.

“The choice of the Fordham Road area as the location for New York Residence’ first Bronx office is a clear recognition of this community’s value, distinct advantages and diverse residential and commercial needs. I welcome New York Residence’ full engagement with this community and will work with NYR to ensure that future development continues to reflect its rich diversity,” Councilman Fernando Cabrera said in a prepared statement.
