WCRE Appointed Exclusive Agent of NJ Medical Portfolio
The two Virtua Health & Wellness centers offer a variety of services including medical, exercise and leisure.

Marlton, N.J.—Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced it has been appointed exclusive agent by Welltower Inc. for its Southern New Jersey medical office portfolio of Virtua Health & Wellness Centers totaling 436,800 square feet of space in Moorestown and Washington Township, N.J.
Located at 401 Young Ave. in Morrestown, the first asset is a Class A outpatient medical center built in 2012. The property offers 181,236 square feet across three floors and includes primary care, cardiology, radiology, urgent care, a fitness center, spa and child care center. There are two rentable suites available measuring 3,940 and 4,709 square feet. The second building, located at 239 Hurfville-Cross Keys Road, encompasses 255,570 square feet of space and offers the same services as the Morrestown location. Suites ranging from 1,000 to 14,000 square feet are available to rent.
The leasing team of John Mozzillo, Chris Henderson and Jason Wolf will oversee the project.
