Miami-Area Aventura Medical Tower Tops Out
The building broke ground in June 2016 and is expected to be completed in November 2017.

Aventura, Fla.—Faith Development and FIP Realty Services LLC recently announced the topping out of Aventura Medical Tower, a medical condominium tower in the Miami metropolitan area.
The project, Aventura’s first medical office and condo project, is located at 2801 NE 213th St., within the Aventura Hospital Medical Campus. The building encompasses 12 floors—five floors of office suites totaling approximately 105,000 square feet and seven parking levels with 472 spaces. The medical tower also features over 5,000 square feet of premium ground-floor retail and clinical service space. Amenities include private elevators and private outdoor patios, as well as an on-site surgical center. The state-of-the-art, energy-efficient tower is also ADA compliant.
Aventura Medical Tower is currently being marketed to doctors and other health care providers. The tower broke ground in June 2016 and is expected to be completed in November 2017. The property was designed by Synalovski Romanik Saye and is being built by KVC Constructors.
