Houston—Savills Studley announced the completion of a lease extension and expansion for Indigo Resources Inc. and M5 Midstream LLC at the JPMorgan Chase Tower in Houston. Executive Vice President & Co-Branch Manager Mark Russell represented the client, Colvill Office Properties represented the landlord and Hines manages the building.
The tenant will be occupying 67,710 of the building’s total 1.7 million square feet upon moving in at the end of this year’s first quarter. Located at 600 Travis St., the LEED Gold, 75-story, Class A building offers a fitness center, building concierge, 24-hour security, auditorium, conference rooms, a private Sky Lobby, onsite dining options, 1,657 parking spaces and 22,000 square feet of underground retail. The property was originally built in 1981 and underwent renovations in 2014.
“This is a trophy space for a distinguished company,” said Russell in prepared remarks. “Following cooperative negotiations with this sophisticated ownership group we were able to leverage and improve our client’s position in the marketplace.”
