Montgomery, Ala.—The Shopping Center Group, a privately owned retail real estate advisory firm, has announced the newest tenant to join Pepperell Corners in Opelika, Ala. Surge Trampoline Park will be the newest addition to the 234,817-square-foot shopping center.

“Opelika is a great market for Surge Trampoline Park with its accessibility to an expansive and diverse trade area that includes Auburn University. As the first of its kind in this market, we are confident that this alternative entertainment venue will be a popular destination for all age groups – ultimately driving additional traffic and new patrons to other area businesses,” Ray Jones, leasing agent with The Shopping Center Group, said in prepared remarks.

Located at 2540 Pepperell Parkway, the 234,817-square-foot shopping center is strategically located at the intersection of Pepperell Parkway and Birmingham Highway, 1.5 miles southwest of Interstate 85 and Tiger Town. In addition, the property is located 5 miles away from Auburn University. The 45,000-square foot Surge Trampoline Park will be joining Pepperell Corners’ tenant list, which also includes Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Planet Fitness, Citi Trends, CATO, Davita Dialysis and Dollar General.

Pepperell Corners is currently undergoing a $3 million renovation that includes new storefront facades, parking lot resurfacing, mechanical upgrades to the roof and a new pylon sign. Renovations are expected to be completed this summer.
