San Francisco—Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf will complete a comprehensive $16 million renovation and rebranding, with the grand opening scheduled for this summer. The renovation of the 221-key hotel is inspired by the luxurious yachts found in exotic ports throughout the Mediterranean. The property is owned by Pebblebrook Hotel Trust and managed by Noble House Hotels and Resorts.
The renovation includes new guestrooms with subtle yacht-inspired furnishings, a redesigned lobby and full-service bar, as well as a restoration of the hotel’s event and meeting space. The property features an outdoor courtyard with fireplaces, communal seating and a sculpture created and designed by Shawn Man Roland.
“We’re thrilled to have Hotel Zoe Fisherman’s Wharf join Pebblebrook’s San Francisco “unofficial Z collection” which includes the award-winning Hotel Zetta, Hotel Zeppelin, Hotel Zelos and Hotel Zephyr,” said Jon Bortz, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust chairman of the board, president & CEO, in prepared remarks. The REIT owns 29 hotels in 10 states and the District of Columbia with a total of 7,222 guestrooms.
Located at 425 North Point St. in the center of Fisherman’s Wharf, the property is very close to popular area attractions including Pier 39, Coit Tower and Ghirardelli Square, as well as many of the city’s dining and retail venues.
