Cushman & Wakefield Secures Two New Office Leases
The two companies, Hamilton Group Funding and Allergan Sales, will occupy approximately 35,000 square feet.

Sunrise, Fla.—Cushman & Wakefield has announced the completion of two new leasing agreements at 1551 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, totaling approximately 35,000 square feet of office space. The office leasing team of Donna Korn, managing director, and Jennifer Gemma, director, represented M-M Properties in negotiating leases with Hamilton Group Funding Inc. and Allergan Sales LLC.
Hamilton Group Funding, a national mortgage lender, will occupy roughly 24,500 square feet of office space and is expected to relocate later this year. Allergan Sales, an Ireland-based pharmaceutical company, signed a 10,337-square-foot leasing agreement. The company will use the space for its new stateside sales office, as soon as next month. With these two leases signed, the building is 96 percent occupied. “These leases are examples of the strong demand for office space in the Sawgrass submarket,” said Korn in prepared remarks.
Located within Sawgrass International Corporate Park, the facility is a four-story, 92,243-square-foot, Class A office building. The property offers proximity to Sawgrass Mills Mall, the BB&T Center and access to Interstate 75 and the Sawgrass Expressway. According to Yardi Matrix data, M-M Properties acquired the property in 2015 for $19.9 million, when the company acquired a portfolio that also included Sawgrass International Corporate Park – Corporate Centre I, International Place I and 61,000 square feet of space at Sawgrass Plaza. M-M Prperties paid a total of $75 million.
