Savills Studley has completed a 10,566-square-foot lease in Brickell World Plaza for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, an international law firm that is expanding into the Miami market. Bob Orban, senior vice president & Miami branch manager, and Tyler Wyant, associate, brokered the deal. Orban and Wyant secured the use of furniture, fixtures and equipment, as well as several periods of rental abatement.
The offices are located at 600 Brickell Ave., on the 31st floor of Brickell World Plaza, a 40-story, 614,905-square-foot, Class A+ and LEED Platinum certified office building. The asset also includes 3,917 square feet of retail on the first floor and 13 levels of parking with more than 1000 parking spots. Tenants include Northern Trust, Hogan Lovells, Bachour Bakery + Bistro and Brickell Link. According to Yardi Matrix data, the property has roughly 58,500 square feet of available space on different floors, ranging from approximately 2,000 to 18,783 square feet.
“Challenged with finding an office with relatively immediate access and flexibility in size, we were pleased to structure a favorable transaction for a fully furnished space ready for occupancy in less than three months,” said Orban in prepared remarks.
