The Shopping Center Group (TSCG), as the exclusive leasing broker for Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach, Fla., is set to identify and secure additional retail, dining and entertainment amenities for the popular shopping destination. Village at Gulfstream Park has more than 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space available.
Senior Leasing Advisor Amy Berrios-Ortiz, Partner Maggie Reyes and Leasing Broker Kesha Williams are part of the leasing advisory team seeking entertainment, soft goods, service-oriented concepts and restaurants for the open-air shopping district. “We are being very selective as to what new, complimentary uses open their doors and join this high-end tenant line-up,” Kesha Williams said in prepared remarks.
The 506,000-square-foot shopping and entertainment venue is owned and operated by The Stronach Group. Its upscale tenant roster includes Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, The Container Store, along with Z Gallerie, Yard House, Williams Sonoma, Brio Tuscan Grill and Texas de Brazil.
“In addition to Gulfstream Park’s world-class thoroughbred horse racing, the Village is also home to an exciting array of experiential venues—many family friendly—including more than 15 restaurants and outdoor cafes, nightclubs, two casinos, art galleries, fashion retailers, sports bars, a state-of-the-art bowling alley and office suites,” Kesha Williams added.
Located just north of Aventura Mall, in a densely populated market with access from Federal Highway (US-1) and Hallandale Beach Boulevard, the trade area is one of the strongest in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale MSA and includes cities such as Aventura, Golden Beach, Sunny Isles Beach and North Miami Beach.
Recently, TSCG announced a new retail lease in Alabama. Surge Trampoline is the newest addition to join Pepperell Corners in Opelika, Ala.
