Transwestern Tapped to Lease Houston Office Building

Oak Park Office Center III in Houston
Transwestern announced it has been retained by 111 Realty OPO LLC to provide leasing services for Oak Park Office Center III in Houston’s Westchase submarket. David Baker, executive vice president, Jude Filippone, vice president, and Jack Scharnberg, associate, are in charge of the process.
Managed by Lincoln Property Co., the two-story, 151,000-square-foot building is located at 6001 Rogerdale Road. The property offers easy access to the Sam Houston Tollway and Westpark Tollway, as well as to a variety of hotels, restaurants, daycare and recreational facilities. According to Yardi Matrix calculations, the property is valued at $34 million. Mallick Group acquired the property from Daymark Realty Advisors in 2014.
Last month, Bentall Kennedy appointed Transwestern to provide management services for two of its properties in downtown Chicago.
