Exeter Property Group Selects Builder of 440 KSF Warehouse

GDI Construction will develop the speculative warehouse in Whitestown, Ind. The building is expected to be functional by late November 2017.

Exeter Property Group, based in the suburbs of Philadelphia, has recently chosen GDI Construction Corp. to build a new 440,000-square-foot speculative warehouse in Whitestown, Ind. JRA Architects is also involved in the expandable project.

Located on the west side of Interstate 65, at the interchange with Highway 267, within the Whitestown Business Center, the warehouse will be situated in the heart of Central Indiana’s logistics and distribution market. The building will have 36-foot ceilings, 46 dock doors and two drive-ins. The project is slated for completion by the end of the year and is expandable to 825,000 square feet.

Indianapolis-based GDI Construction Corp. specializes in building warehouses, distribution centers, retail spaces, office complexes and other medium- to large- scale structures.
