New Co-Working Company Opens Irvine Office

MODI Offices established its first location in a 20,000-square-foot building in Jeffrey Business Park. The company plans to open offices in Los Angeles, Portland, San Diego, as well as abroad in Beijing, Tokyo or Seoul.

MODI opened its first co-working space at 930 Roosevelt Ave. in Irvine, Calif. Located in Jeffrey Business Park, the 20,000-square-foot building features day offices, hot desks, virtual offices, as well as executive offices and a multipurpose event room.

The company also offers extended office hours, translation and accounting services, audio and video conferencing facilities and event coordination. Rents at MODI start at a monthly $250 for virtual offices and go as high as more than $900 for the private executive office. Targeting traveling business professionals, the company hired staff fluent in English, Korean, Mandarin and Japanese.
