Lincoln Property Co. Southeast has been awarded the leasing assignment for 5865 N. Point Parkway, an approximately 25,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Alpharetta, Ga. Vice President Jeff Henson and Leasing Associate George Gwaltney are leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the owner, Rolta International Inc., a provider of consulting, managed services and information technology.
Constructed in 2001, the three-story property recently underwent renovations, including improved appointments and lighting, as well as upgraded landscaping. The available spaces range from 8,000 square feet to the entire building. The third floor features in-place furniture, fixtures and equipment for tenant use. In addition, building or monument signage is also available.
“With all the growth that has occurred around Alpharetta in recent years, including the opening of the Avalon mixed-use development, North Fulton is at an all-time high as an office destination,” said Henson, in a prepared statement. “This building is near shops, banks, hotels, restaurants and quality neighborhoods. It’s a great location for lease or an excellent investment,” he added.
The owner will also consider offers to purchase the property, along with a parcel suitable for additional parking or the construction of a phase two office building. The property offers a parking ratio of four per 1000 square feet and provides access to Georgia Highway 400 via the North Point Parkway and the Haynes Bridge.
