EasyHotel Opens 630-Key Property in Amsterdam
Situated in the Saentower, the hotel is located in the city center of Zaandam, in close proximity to the train station and only 9 miles from the Amsterdam Airport.

EasyHotel has opened easyHotel Amsterdam Zaandam, a 630-key development located in the heart of the Zaandam.
Located at Ankersmidplein, 1506 CK Zaandam, Netherlands, easyHotel Amsterdam Zaandam is situated in the Saentower, which is the former head office of Ahold. The hotel offers convenient access to the train station and to popular tourist attractions including Zaanse Schans, Nemo Science Museum, Anne Frank House and the Antional Maritime Museum. Amsterdam Centraal station is 12 minutes away and the Amsterdam Airport is only a 9-mile drive. Common amenities include a 24-hour front desk, free Wi-Fi, bike rentals and tour/ticket assistance.
Rooms all offer a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom and shower, premium bedding and limited housekeeping. Additional amenities include air conditioning, in-room accessibility, roll-in shower and accessible bathrooms.
EasyHotel was founded by Stelios Haji-Ioannou, founder of EasyJet. easyHotel has more than 20 hotels worldwide, including in Europe and the Middle East.
Amsterdam seems to be a hot spot for hotel development, with IHG opening its first Kimpton hotel in the popular tourist city earlier this month.
