Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment of Aventura Corporate Center, a Class A, three-building office park in Aventura, Fla. Senior Director John O’Neil will lead the marketing efforts on behalf the owner.
Aventura Corporate Center comprises five- and six-story office buildings at 20801, 20803 and 20807 Biscayne Blvd. Renaissance Properties acquired the approximately 252,244-square-foot campus in 2016 and began extensive renovations on the property, such as improvements to upper-floor common areas, new patios, updated landscaping and renovated building lobbies. Further upgrades include refinished elevator cabs, the relocation and expansion of the existing café from Aventura I to Aventura II, and the addition of both indoor and outdoor seating areas for the café.
Developed between 1986 and 2007, the buildings feature high ceilings with plentiful windows, custom layouts with open floor plans and glass-enclosed offices, optional floor finishes including wood, carpet or polished concrete, terraces in select units and attached parking garages. Tenants enjoy on-site access to the AC Hotel Miami Aventura, a café and an owner-managed leasing office. The office center is 90 percent leased, with notable tenants including Morgan Stanley, Serendipity Labs and Grove Bank & Trust.
Aventura Corporate Center’s proximity to the Ives Dairy Road-Interstate 95 interchange offers a direct route to the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County markets. The property’s location on Biscayne Boulevard provides exposure on one of South Florida’s busiest thoroughfares and offers access to the new Aventura ParkSquare mixed-use development.
